Thanks to your donations and participation in our spring events, we have improved Emergency Care in Saugeen Shores.

This past May our Spring Campaign in support of equipment needs for the Emergency Department was full of fun activities to get people just like yourself in our community out and having fun.

One of our most fun events was the Sunday, May 28th Family Fun Day and Guinness World Record attempt to build the longest line of cookies, there were so many smiles and out pouring of support and lots and lots of cookies 🙂

A huge thank you to all of our Spring campaign sponsors, without the amazing support of local businesses these community activities wouldn’t take place.
Thank you to:
Southampton Foodland
Wark Milk Transport
OPG
Voortman Bakery
NPX
Shoreline Power Group
Judy Rich
Kristens’ Pharmacy
Wholesale Hardwood and Flooring

And many thanks to all of the wonderful volunteers who helped us put on these events and ensure the weekend was a success.

In 2020, local realtor Kate Cammidge Irwin committed to making a donation to Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation for every home that she sold as part of the new Community Partnership Program.

In the summer, she gave her first instalment with a cheque for $1,000.

On Tuesday, December 8th, Cammidge presented the final portion of her commitment and presented the Foundation with another $1,200.
